My client is a single man in his mid-thirties working as a mid-level manager at a multinational company. Since he spends a lot of time at work, it is important for him to find true relaxation at home after a tiring day, as he rarely has the opportunity to travel. For this reason, he decided to renovate his bedroom and the adjoining bathroom.
He places great emphasis on his appearance and prefers quality pieces in his wardrobe. His personality is determined yet romantic, valuing both his goals and the enjoyment of life. During the design process, I kept his personality and preferences in mind, resulting in an interior that is masculine, yet harmonious and elegant. The generous and uplifting design was realized in a livable and functional space, complemented by high-quality materials and products.
My design theme centered around the Arezzo Silk bathtub, which became the focal point of this home oasis. I wanted to place this subtly refined bathtub in an environment that honors and highlights its noble elegance. The bathroom is connected to the bedroom, allowing the intimate atmosphere of the bedroom to be crowned by a spacious, unique bathroom. The Silk bathtub is positioned in natural light, which streams from above and makes it a visual highlight within the space. Elements representing nature make the bathtub inviting and enhance the relaxation experience.
Luxury and high-quality materials were used around the bathtub: for the tiling, I applied Marazzi’s large-format Grande Marble Look in Frappuccino brown, which perfectly complements the beauty of the Silk bathtub. Bronze and smoky tones, combined with natural green plants and the soft contrast of incoming daylight, add warmth and balance.
Overall, I envisioned an elegant, harmonious, and yet distinctive interior centered on the Arezzo Silk bathtub, expressing that dreams can come true: even amidst the rush of everyday life, my client can find peace in his own private sanctuary.
